RES2017: EJ lecture (Hilary Hoynes)

Hilary Hoynes is a Professor of Public Policy and Economics at Berkeley University and holds the Haas Distinguished Chair in Economic Disparities. She is a co-editor of the American Economic Review. Hoynes specialises in the study of poverty, inequality, and the impact of government tax and transfer programmes on low income families.
