The Royal Economic Society quarterly newsletter for October has now been published, entitled ‘The Changing Climate’.

If you are a member of the RES, you will have received a copy by email or post. If you are not a member, you can opt-in to receive a copy by joining the RES at this link. Further details of the benefits of membership can be found here.

This is a special issue on climate change, ahead of COP26 in Glasgow. The October issue of the newsletter includes ‘The Letter from America’ from Daron Acemoglu, a contribution from Dame Rachel Griffith, Monica Costa Dias and John Gatherwood on the gender pay gap for UK professors, a profile of Lord Stern and an obituary for RES Past President Peter Neary. The next issue of the RES quarterly newsletter is due to be published in January 2022.
