The Culture Survey’s Executive Summary is now live.
The report presents the findings of the 2025 RES Culture Survey, a key initiative to better understand the professional culture in UK academic economics. It draws on the experiences and perceptions of over 280 academic economists and covers themes including inclusivity, fairness, discrimination, and professional integrity. The full report will launch in September and the findings will support the Society’s ongoing work to improve diversity, inclusion, and professional conduct in the discipline.
