RES 2022 Annual Conference: Presenting the Keynote Speakers


The Royal Economic Society welcomes three professional keynote speakers within the economic sector for the 2022 Annual Conference.

The three keynote speakers consist of three professors from various accredited universities ready to present their insights into economy. They are:

  • Professor Serena Ng: Professor of Economics at Columbia University, a fellow of the Econometric Society, the International Association of Applied Econometrics and a member of the National Bureau of Economic Research.
  • Professor Nicholas Bloom: William Eberle Professor of Economics at Stanford University, a Senior Fellow of SIEPR, and the Co-Director of the Productivity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship program at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
  • Professor Stefanie Stantcheva: Professor of Economics at Harvard University. Her research focuses on how to improve the tax and transfer system for firms and individuals.

The conference will also be joined by a president’s address by Professor Tim Besley, President of the Royal Economic Society, and some in-person hubs.

The in-person hubs will also gather different speakers to share their insights to economy with the opportunity to meet face-to-face in three different locations.
