Rachel Kranton joins the Board of Joint Managing Editors of the Economic Journal

The Economic Journal is extremely pleased to welcome Professor Rachel Kranton, Duke University, to the Board of Joint Managing Editors of the Economic Journal. Rachel is an expert on network theory and on the role of identity for economic outcomes. She has interests across a wide field of issues including IO, development economics and various fields of economic theory. Rachel is a Fellow of the Econometric Society. The Economic Journal now has eight Joint Managing Editors: Estelle Cantillon (ECARES, University of Brussels); Martin Cripps (University College London); Andrea Galeotti (European University Institute); Morten O. Ravn (University College London); Kjell Salvanes (NHH, Bergen); Frederic Vermeulen (KU Leuven); and Joachim Voth (University of Zurich). The size and composition of the board reflects a strong growth in the number of submissions over the past few years and an ambition to continue to attract high quality submissions.
