Consciously Inclusive Mentoring
As part of our diversity work the RES has developed a Consciously Inclusive Mentoring” short programme for members. The goal is to provide mentors with training on inclusive mentoring practices, understanding how conscious and/or unconscious biases affect the mentor-mentee relationship.
