The Economic Journal team wish to express their appreciation to Morten Ravn, who has recently completed a six-year term as Managing Editor of The Economic Journal. During this time Morten also served as Coordinating Editor for several years. Under Morten’s leadership the journal experienced a surge in the number of submissions, increased article impact and the first gender-balanced Editorial Board among leading journals in the profession. Morten edited some of the journal’s most impactful papers, including the 2018 RES and Austin Robinson prize-winning papers. Morten has been a fantastic Editor, a great colleague and supporter of The Economic Journal. Thank you Morten!
