About the programme
The goal of this programme is to increase awareness of the culture challenges in the profession, and incidences of unacceptable behaviour; educate people on what an ‘active bystander’ is and equip them with tools to intervene safely.
We also provide resources and facilitate action-planning so that participants can introduce and embed a culture of ‘active bystanding’ in their own institutions.
