Editorial changes at The Econometrics Journal

We are happy to report that Dacheng Xiu (University of Chicago), Daniel Wilhelm (University College London), Demian Pouzo (University of California, Berkeley), Drew Creal (University of Notre Dame), Marine Carrasco (Université de Montréal), Koen Jochmans (University of Cambridge), and Michal Kolesar (Princeton University) have joined The Econometrics Journal as Associate Editors from January 1, 2021. They will bring expertise to the Journal across a range of subfields of econometrics.

Andres Santos and Jörg Breitung have resigned as Associate Editors from that same date. We thank them warmly for their excellent service to the Journal over the past many years.

We are also delighted that Victor Chernozhukov has agreed to extend his tenure as Co-editor for one more term starting May 1, 2021. Victor has been a driving force behind the new editorial policy that The Econometrics Journal introduced in 2017. He will continue to pursue this policy’s aims to provide rapid review and publication of important, focused contributions to econometrics that are relevant to empirical economics.
