Our member grants fund initiatives which further the understanding and application of economics within and beyond academia. Applicants must be RES members to apply. Members can apply up to £1,500 for funding outreach events to encourage more students to study economics at university.
Members can apply for up to £2,000 for activities involving the discussion and dissemination of economic research.
Members can apply for up to £2,000 for projects that increase the sharing of knowledge and expertise between academic and non-academic economists or those in related fields.
Members can apply for up to £500 to support those who are presenting an economic paper at a conference or are acting as the main speaker.
