This year marked our third Undergraduate Video Competition, which encourages university students from across the country to create their own 3-minute videos explaining economic concepts and issues to a general audience.
We wish to announce and congratulate Rana Mallah from the London School of Economics, who has been named the winner of the Royal Economic Society’s Undergraduate Video Competition 2019. Her video, A Libra Induced Recession, has won our £1000 cash prize, which will be awarded in the coming weeks.
The judges also selected two runners up: Externali-Team (Victoria Haver and Erica Stephan) from St Andrews for their video Climate Changing the Market and Team 7 (Zixiao Yang and Laura Ceban) from LSE for their video BANKS & BILLIONAIRES: NOT ALL EVIL.
